For your matcha latte Upon receipt of the matcha latte, please store the matcha latte in the fridge and please finish the matcha latte within 5 days of the delivery date. For your matcha powder Unopened matcha powders can be kept for a maximum of 6 months with proper storage. After opening the powder, please finish the powder ideally within 1 month. The matcha powder's maximum shelf life with proper storage is 3 months. Proper Matcha Powder Storage Advisory: Store in a cool dry place. Ideally, please store the matcha powder in an airtight container. Keep matcha powder away from direct sunlight. Keep matcha away from strong odours as the matcha might absorb the odours. Ensure proper storage of matcha after use. It is preferable to store back the matcha powder immediately after use.

Our matcha latte comes in a bottle form, with each bottle containing roughly 2 servings (300ml) worth of matcha latte. You can enjoy the matcha latte as it is, or you can add ice and pour half a bottle into your cup to enjoy. Please adjust according to personal preference for a stronger or lighter matcha taste. Our matcha latte are already naturally sweetened with a little bit of sugar, but feel free to add more sugar according to your preference as well!

Matcha Powder We offer delivery for our matcha powder via Shopee postage or direct postage from our site. You can expect to receive your matcha powder within 7 working days from your date of purchase. Matcha Latte We offer direct delivery for our matcha latte between SAT - SUN: 1pm to 5pm. We will be contacting you via your preferred contact platform for arrangement of delivery venue and timing.

We accept online card payments on our website, via Paynow or Paylah on our Google Form, and via card payment on our Shopee shop. Please note: when purchasing our products via our Google Form, you will be required to upload proof of payment via the form of a screenshot of the bank transaction receipt.
